The words themselves have patterns and clues to help even the youngest children figure out the correct answer!

You can print these pages and have your little one draw a line either with their finger or a crayon/pen/pencil. You could also laminate it and make it reusable by using erasable markers.

Another idea is to cut out the animals and the words to spread them around the floor or table and have your kiddo put the word and animal together.
