Mission: The Book Jar Project aims to encourage and inspire children and their parents to read more books.
What is it? It is an easy way to keep track of the books your child reads and a fun way to build a collection of their favorite books.
How does it work? After reading a book, simply grab a mini book card and write down the title of the book. Then, fold the card at the seams and insert it into the book jar. It’s that simple!

It’s never too early or too late to start. Start by keeping track of the books you read to your baby or toddler. Build a habit of reading every day and watch their jar (and their brains) fill up with fun stories, exciting adventures, advanced vocabulary, interesting facts and lots of knowledge!

This not only allows you to keep a visual count of the number of books your child reads, but it also serves as an incentive to motive your child to read even more books in order to fill their jar. You can even keep the filled jar as a keepsake!
