Each box contains 10 wooden blocks and 10 mini flashcards.

The image of an animal is printed on the front and its name is printed on the back. For instance, the image of a fish is on one side and the word “fish” is on the other.

The box acts as a storage container for the blocks. The box also reveals a play scene when opened.

How to use:

Words don’t read themselves, so please read the words aloud to your child while you play together. This will allow your child to not only see the word and hear the word, but also understand the word, all at the same time!

Play the matching game!

Level 1: Place the cards with the images facing up. Then, ask the child to match the image on each block to the image on each card.

Level 2: Place the cards with the words facing up. Then, ask the child to match the words on each block to the words on each card.

Level 3: Place the cards with the words facing up. Then, ask the child to match the images on each block to the words on each card.

With enough practice and repetition, your child will be able to read all the words in each box!
